Room was huge had corner sofa and lots of nice touches including robes, proper mugs, ear plugs, eye mask, bottled water and a huge king size bed. Excellent service by the staff and breakfast was beautiful full English or can order off the menu very healthy no fat at all."

"The staff were amazing and certainly added to the stay. Breakfast was great too. I would recommend the hotel consider a thicker mattress topper as that certainly would have helped as you can feel the gap between the beds and the mattress is a very hard one, not used to that and the pillows were very lumpy and not too comfortable either. But apart from that the hotel was lovely. Fantastic location. The staff are the star of the hotel for sure "

"This hotel is great and we couldn’t fault our stay until check out time..... we had already paid for the hotel prior to our stay yet we were asked to pay again for the room! Apparently the hotel has recently changed hands and there is some issue with the accounts transferring over so the hotel isn’t currently receiving the payments people are paying ( going to the old company). We politely explained that this was not our issue and we wouldn’t be paying for the room twice!! This just put a...
