"We stayed here with elderly parents. It’s very close from the station and easy to find. The man (sorry I didn’t get his name) at check-in was extremely thorough in explaining everything and friendly yet professional. We had a private bath in our room, but mainly visited the main baths. I didn’t realize they had this “Radon onsen” which had many health benefits. The dinner was HUGE and amazing. The breakfast was just was good. The service was great, too.
