"The hotel has a beautiful lobby and dining area. The pool was also beautiful. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, however, the service is not great at the bar or the dining room. I think that is the way of life here. We had no hot water on January 20, 2025 between 10 AM and 3 PM. However at 3 PM there was still no hot water.I I would recommend this hotel for anybody wanting to take an early flight out of the Punta Cana airport .Would stay here again definitely"

"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It had a gym but that needs a little updating. The beach and pool were great. However, I must say I was more impressed byt the staff, starting with our butler Edith Edwards. She was very friendly and we were always happy to see her. "The property was very clean and the majority of the staff were very friendly and very helpful, the beach area was very nice with very little seaweed. The pools were huge and conveniently located in the two swim bars were really good. We enjoyed all of the different dining options. The one thing we did not like was the casino. It seemed like a scam but other than that, we would definitely go back."
