"Great location on Times Square. Polite and friendly staff. Room 4319 was on a high floor and had a great view. Room cleaned daily. Comfortable. Spacious (double queen room). Coffee machine and fridge. Spacious and modern bathroom. Only gripes were : Air con would randomly come on throughout the night. The bar area doesn’t serve food or coffee after 1400. The elevators wouldn’t work unless security used their passes due to a fault. This was a nightmare and cussed queues at the elevators "
