"We had a nice 4-night stay at this hotel. Tried several of the restaurants and they were all good. Pool area was great, and servers were on top of it! Public beach. "

"Property is beautiful! They were doing construction on one of the pools and throughout the resort. The one on the pool I barely noticed because there are so many places to swim. Loved the staff. Very easy mindless and relaxing vacation. Highly recommend the upgrade to diamond club. "

"We loved each and everything except for a gentleman by the name of Diego, making us feel small just because we didnt decide to give thousands of dollars for packages that were not convenient for us. The personnel before that was courageous and polite , but Deigo was rude and abrupt. It seemed like as we had asked to sit there and waste our time. A simple no should've sufficed. The resort needs to know that majority of its customers are those that are not a part of playa collection membership....
