"The location was great. It was a three minute walk from the train station. Every staff we encountered was wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was also included with our price. Shower was nice, and the water was hot the tea I like but of course you can adjust the temperature of the water. We stayed close to the train station so that we can depart early in the morning. "The hotel is a short walk from the Rialto bridge/vaporetto stop, making it a lovely spot for exploring the lagoon. While we liked the room, we had a problem with the hot water. We didn’t end up using the kitchen in the flat but there were plenty of pots and utensils. We would come back here for a longer stay in Venice. "
