"Beautiful, quaint hotel with a beautiful garden area and lovely villa right on the back bay. Doorman (wish I had his name) is phenomenal! Room “upgrade” was interesting as we had small ship pieces of the old ceiling fall on us multiple times while sleeping and we terminated 5-6 mosquitoes over the 2 nights. Coffee and tea replenishment needs to be more consistent, we got decaf coffee only and no replacement of herbal tea or water."

"Great location this hotel is a real find. Historical Hotel which exceeded our expectations. The staff were so helpful, friendly and made our stay so enjoyable. Breakfast was great. We were lucky with the weather and were able to enjoy the beautiful garden . We found it a perfect location for exploring on our first trip to Venice. We would definately stay here again. "
