"A beautiful hotel with helpful and friendly staff. I was given a room upgrade which was very appreciated. The breakfast is great. You can walk to the hotel from the station. There is one bridge to cross that has a ramp on it for easy crossing with luggage. I didn’t use the water buses as I preferred to walk, but there is a stop right out the front of the hotel."

"The location was great. It was a three minute walk from the train station. Every staff we encountered was wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was also included with our price. Shower was nice, and the water was hot the tea I like but of course you can adjust the temperature of the water. We stayed close to the train station so that we can depart early in the morning. Walk to San Marco square about 30 minutes and a lot of shops on the way. If you don’t want to walk there is the water taxi that...
