"Love stay as usual. Want happy about the bar area. One of the female members of staff was very rude to my wife we she wasn’t with me. The night ended it tears. It was completely uncalled for. Toilet in the room had mild around the rim made me feel a bit sick while in the bath trying to relax. Nice cub. Let down by the staff at the bar as and we’re only in there for 5 minutes getting a jug of water and ice as the room was rather warm"

"Just a one night break but was excellent. Staff are very attentive, food amazing and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The brasserie staff did an excellent job as they were also super friendly and provided super fast service with a smile as did the staff on the terrace . Customer service is very much alive at this hotel."

"I really liked this hotel. Our ground floor room had a patio area from where you could see the sea. The room was clean and well set out, and there were 3 dining options. The beach could be accessed via the sand dunes at the bottom of the garden or via a footpath at the entrance to the car park. The sand dunes are challenging for anyone with walking difficulties. On balance, though, a lovely hotel, away from the busyness of Hunstanton."

"Very nice hotel and it mixed with old and modern style. Lovely breakfast. Liked the spa but the temperature was too hot so couldn't stay longer. The temperature of the jacuzzi should set a lower temperature. "

"It was lovely. Room very nice and spacious and clean . Love the jacuzzi bath.Tea and coffee in the room were not the quality I expected. They were the basic sachets I would get at a cheap hotel.The hotel would benefit by having higher quality beverages, maybe a pod machine and nice tea. Service was excellent. Dining was really good. It was so nice having a sea view. Overall our stay was very nice and we would stay again."

"This was our second visit to Cromer Country Club and it didn’t disappoint. Friendly and helpful staff, good accommodation, walkable to the beach over sometimes tricky terrain. We used the games room (lovely sunset views!) and the pool and hot tub, all of which were very clean as was the whole resort. The sustainability aspects are wonderful and if we had realised we could have requested a compost bin for our food waste we would have done so (our fault for not reading the info leaflet properly!)"
