"I booked this place, when i got there the security was very rude and said everyone hlleft for the day and they weren't expecting anyone. So therefore i was unable to spend the night. I contacted hotels.com and got disconnected and they never reached backed to me. So basically i got scammed. "I made a reservation and received a confirmation email to state that my booking was successful and that we would make payment at the property. When we got to the property, the security had no record of the booking and we did not receive the apartment phase number we would be staying. He stated that the office was also closed so there was no one to call and reconcile this with. I was very disappointed as I had stayed there in April and was looking forward to coming back."

"Its not worth the rate. Was a total waste of money! The first room had two double beds ask for jus one bed was taken ti a unfit room bed was broken bathroom was old & needed alot of repair , asked to stay with the two beds was told its not available and hd to pay more to get it! Was later placed in another room after being told they all booked out , this room was bearable"

I think it’s also important to know that the property is in a gated community for your extra security which gave me a feel of exclusivity during my stay.
