"My room had an excellent view and the service was great. There was some items that needed repair around the property. The elevator by our room did not even display what floor the elevator was on. Also one whole morning the property had no running water. Since the views and service were good it did not severely affect my vacation but they definitely need to spend some money on repairs in my opinion. Another person I spoke with said there phone in their room did not work and another said...

"There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! "

"Large rooms with two double beds, desk, chairs, dresser, and cupboards with large balconies, and close to the ocean. Rooms have AC, WiFi and TVs. It only fails to get 5 stars due lack of refinements (e.g. kettle and fridge) but the rooms and price and proximity to shops, restaurants, and Jamaican fast food restaurants (e.g. Island Grill and Mothers) mean a well deserved 4-star rating by me."

"Nicer than I expected. Charming hotel with fine dining. The food was amazing. I utilized their room service and it was handled very well. Attractive pool with nice umbrellas and chairs. Pretty manicured lawns around entrance. I loved the Cardiff Hall private beach! The hotel shuttle driver was efficient and a nice guy. Everybody there tries very hard. It was a good find. Will stay again!"

"Accommodation was clean, comfortable and modern. Amenities such as an elevator could be installed as climbing stairs to the 3rd floor with luggage is as challenging as descending especially when it rains. "

"Our nanny Deborah was amazing, she kids loved her. The owner is such a kind, down to earth person. The staff were incredible, they made us feel welcome and were so sweet with our kids. The food was delicious. It's a perfect destination if you are travelling with young children and although the property is quite outdated (but very clean), we would love to come back. "
