"Upon entering my room, I was immediately impressed by how clean it was, and the use of Dove products in the bathroom was a lovely bonus! While the check-in process was smooth, I must mention that the lady at the front desk could have been a bit more cheerful. Nevertheless, the transaction proceeded without any issues, which is always appreciated in hospitality. One aspect that caught me off guard was the parking situation. I noticed that a pass was required, and I was warned about the risk of being towed if it wasn't displayed. This would have posed a significant concern had I had company staying over and their vehicle was towed. It’s worth noting that future guests should be cautious of this. Despite this minor setback, my stay was enjoyable, and I found the atmosphere comfortable and relaxing. I would certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit. I highly recommend it!"
