"I stayed in a suite for 2 nights. The hotel is a newer property and probably the best hotel in Cortland. The most important thing for me is quiet (so I can sleep). I was able to get a very quiet room on the third floor back side of the hotel overlooking green space, so there was no street noise. The fan in the in-wall HVAC unit didn't rattle (most of them do, especially when the A/C condenser kicks in), so on low speed (with the A/C turned off), it provided white noise. The property was...

"The staff was great, the room was clean. Breakfast was very good. Only negative comment is pet area had a large hole where a post(?) May have been removed. Taking dog out after dark had to be careful of the hole. "
