"Dated building, and elements of the otherwise lovely room were a bit shabby (surface chipping on side table, lamp that was broken and held [badly] together with tape, floppy shower head). Daily cleaning was excellent. Poor ventilation in breakfasting meant our clothes tank of cooking smells which is not acceptable! Floor staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good central location close to CAT transport and places of interest."

Went to Vienna to explore the Christmas markets and this hotel was in a great location with easy access to get on any transport to take you anywhere in the city, and was in walking distance of a bunch of markets and the city center. The staff was also very helpful and would help us whenever needed including calling the taxi company, and taking pictures of us in their lobby which was decorated very nice for the holidays.
