"Dated building, and elements of the otherwise lovely room were a bit shabby (surface chipping on side table, lamp that was broken and held [badly] together with tape, floppy shower head). Daily cleaning was excellent. Poor ventilation in breakfasting meant our clothes tank of cooking smells which is not acceptable! Floor staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good central location close to CAT transport and places of interest."

"Great location! Went to Vienna to explore the Christmas markets and this hotel was in a great location with easy access to get on any transport to take you anywhere in the city, and was in walking distance of a bunch of markets and the city center. The staff was also very helpful and would help us whenever needed including calling the taxi company, and taking pictures of us in their lobby which was decorated very nice for the holidays. One issue I had with the room was the bathroom door was...

"Situated by the canal, 10 mins from ferry terminal and 15 mins drive from airport. Slightly outside of the central area but easily reached by Uber or walking. Hotel was clean and staff were really helpful. Hotel could do with some updating. Breakfast could have had more options but was very adequate for the cost. Met standards of 3 star. Tea and coffee and fridge in room would add value."

"Ottimo funzionale collegato bene con mezzi pubblici e viennacard. Ottimo per una famiglia non molto per due coppie. Non c’è privacy e il divano letto non è comodo per adulti. Noi una famiglia di 4 persone con due ragazzi ci siamo trovati benissimo caldo e accogliente e funzionale "
