Went to Vienna to explore the Christmas markets and this hotel was in a great location with easy access to get on any transport to take you anywhere in the city, and was in walking distance of a bunch of markets and the city center. The staff was also very helpful and would help us whenever needed including calling the taxi company, and taking pictures of us in their lobby which was decorated very nice for the holidays. One issue I had with the room was the bathroom door was...

"The hotel was a good place to stay. Just outside of city center, but quite walkable and the metro stop was a short 1 min walk. The staff was very friendly, the room spacious and very comfortable. Lots of restaurants within walking distance for those too tired to go anywhere kind of nights!!"
