"I cannot say enough about the kind staff at this hotel. Especially the woman at the front desk that helped find the right room for my son, who had an accident, and was on crutches. Customer service that cares is RARE and we are so grateful. Additionally, the hotel is perfectly located and has numerous restaurants and shops within steps. Could not recommend more!"

"Hotel Regina is a tasteful boutique hotel in a great location close to attractions such as Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and within walking distance to the Prado Museum, Botanic Garden and Reina Sofia Art Gallery. The Hotel breakfast package is a generous assortment of cold and hot buffet items. Finally, their staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful. I had a good stay at the HR and would return next time I visit Madrid."
