"Love this hotel, location, location , location , near everything and lots of restaurants, cafes to eat near the hotel, and shopping, the rooms are soooo comfortable, they have this shutters that live the room complety dark, and no noise at all. Breakfast is available, very good !! The Staff is super helpful . I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again if I’ll come back to Madrid . We were in the 7 floor and the view was super cool. Ask for a corner room they’re bigger. "

"Decent hotel. Great location - right off of the popular and touristy Gran Via street. The apartment had large floor to ceiling windows which were extremely good at soundproofing. However, due to the location in a very busy area of town, some sound still managed to come inside. This is a price you pay for the great location. Overall, a decent hotel at a great location."

"The hotel is Beautiful and located in central Madrid, but is only one problem, a guy who happens to be the restaurant manager (Breakfast). He has single handedly ruined my stay at the Hotel and I would definitely never visit again EVER thanks to this horrible man!"
