"Hotel is in a great location. Very central. Hotel is nice, but dated. The bathroom door in our room wouldn’t close properly because of the latch, we had to fix it ourselves a couple times. The body wash dispenser in the shower was clogged and didn’t work. Our check in was a little annoying because we got there at 3pm and were told we were on a priority list to get our room but unfortunately we didn’t get our room till 5pm when others around us were. "Hotel 71 ranks as one of my all-time favorite hotels. The room was stunning and spotless. The employees provide exceptional customer service. And the location was absolutely perfect. We could walk to everything! Even though we did not need our car, we found on-street parking just a few steps from the hotel’s entrance. Hotel 71 is definitely five stars all around!"
