"Automatic hotel NO Staff First experience of such a hotel . Would not repeat. Having to wait until 3pm to access hotel as staffless. When you arrive early and want to drop off luggage. I discovered a luggage store with code on day of leaving. Maybe I should have asked if this would have been possible on arrival day. But it certainly isn’t stated in hotel details . Do not like the aspect of no staff on site "

The body wash dispenser in the shower was clogged and didn’t work. Our check in was a little annoying because we got there at 3pm and were told we were on a priority list to get our room but unfortunately we didn’t get our room till 5pm when others around us were.
