"Good property however pool was out of use for 2 of the days we stayed, walls thin so could hear everything in the rooms next door and there is not much in the area other than one restaurant next door and a small train station Breakfast was good just enough for what you need for breakfast Catered to dietry needs well too! The location is very good--walking distance to the Vatican Museums, and close to many small bars and grocery stores. Our only issue was the check in and check out process--Bruna (Massimo's mother) spent an hour checking us in and explaining unnecessary details about the suite for us. She also messaged us repeatedly before we arrived, confirming our flight and check in time, and was waiting for us...
