"The resort for the most part was excellent, great service except for a minor hiccup with ceiling and windows leaks, that were addressed promptly. All the restaurants were good except for the Marina. "

"The rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. The proximity to the beach was amazing, you could be in the pool and looking and staring right at the ocean. The pools were excellent. The food was also pretty decent. A lot of the buffet items were actually a make as you order type of thing so very fresh. My only wish was that there were more options at the buffet that included tacos/mexican food. The restaurants were great and had great fast service and so was room service. It was a nice surprise that room service was included in the all inclusive price. We were there during inclement weather (possible hurricane?) so things were somewhat flooding here and there but the staff was doing a great job at getting it cleaned up as well as they could. This also resulted in I think low attendance so some of the activities/restaurants were randomly closed but there were so many others you just went and found a new one. Not a big deal. Keep an open mind when visiting Mexico especially if you are from the US, that things are just a little bit more relaxed in general. All in all, if I had kids between the ages of 3-8 I would absolutely visit Sensira again. It was perfect for us. "

"Because of extreme rain condition in June - there were water dripping from ceiling in main area. It didn’t affect much of our vacation and really appreciate the fact that the staffs were working really hard to keep the place safe for guests to walk. Food options for dinner were great - we tried Asian - Miyako, French, Italian, Mexican and seafood. Asian option was the best of all. I would definitely go there again. "
