"This is a magical hotel with an incredible room. This place has so much Venetian charm. If you want a modern room, this is not for you. If you want an authentic feeling of Venice, then settle in. The staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful. They arranged a water taxi to the airport that showed up on time and got us to our flight.
