"Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Nice room and decor. Breakfast had a good spread and you could ask for extras like hot chocolate. Bed was a bit hard but they provided a mattress topper to make it more comfortable. Room was hot and the air conditioning was not being turned on until May, which we would’ve liked to have known beforehand but it was okay with all the windows open. "We stay there whenever in Venice. The staff is friendly and accommodating to all requests. The terrace on Grand Canal is a wonderful place for hanging out and the hotel is an easy walk from St. Marks, museums and designer shops. Breakfast is included and abundant, and drinks and/or snacks outside on the terrace is a joy in good weather. The 7th-floor bar and restaurant provide a breathtaking panorama of the city. "
