"Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Nice room and decor. Breakfast had a good spread and you could ask for extras like hot chocolate. Bed was a bit hard but they provided a mattress topper to make it more comfortable. Room was hot and the air conditioning was not being turned on until May, which we would’ve liked to have known beforehand but it was okay with all the windows open. "OK I want to leave a fair review. First of all you have to follow all the provided instruction or you are not getting in. When you enter in the ground floor it's a bit scary but don't be alarmed. You will have to go to the 3rd fl there is no elevator with bags this may be a challenge for some. Staff is nice and helpful. Once you get to the 3rd fl where the rooms are things look good.
