"I liked the fact the hotel would try to help you at reception and the breakfast was very tasty but would have liked to known I could have different options but buffet was good although felt could have been few pounds cheaper. The bar was relaxing but did not have time for the spa as wanted to explore Stratford which was walking distance away. "I stayed here on New Years Eve 2019 and thoroughly enjoyed my time in Stratford. On arrival at the hotel staff couldn’t find my booking; I showed them my confirmation having paid in full. They managed to give us a room, but not sure what would have happened if the hotel was fully booked? Our room was very dated, could do with some modernisation. But overall good value for money. "
